Refund policy
For any questions or concerns about exchanges or returns, please contact us at support@3nartwear.com.
- Requests for exchanges or returns must be made within seven days of receiving your order, including the delivery date.
- Returned items must be in unworn, original condition, with the original tags still attached, neatly folded, and securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be processed.
- Refunds are only available for defective items. To request a refund, email support@3nartwear.com with your order number, a detailed description of the defect, and photos of the product.

In some cases, such as buyer’s remorse, wrong size ordered, or change of mind, a return shipping cost of ₹150 will be deducted from your refund or will need to be paid by the customer before pickup.

- Minor variations in color or design from what is shown online are not grounds for return or refund.
- If a defect is determined to be caused by customer misuse, no refund will be issued.
- Do not accept packages that appear damaged upon arrival.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the items do not meet our policy requirements.
- Each order can be processed for only one return or exchange request.
- Used or washed items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items bought during sales or with discount codes are not eligible for refunds.
